Joseph Chinnock has had short stories published in a number of leading literary journals including Legally Ted in the Spring 2013 issue of The Gettysburg Review, Break in Fall 2013 issue of The Southeast Review, Sundays with Jim in the Spring 2013 Issue of The Santa Clara Review and Grinding Machines in the Fall 2012 Issue of The Dirty Napkin.

He recently awarded a month long writing residency by Art Ranch Colorado and The Nature Conservancy. He’s currently working on a story about former World Chess Champion Bobby Fischer called An Accumulation of Small Advantages.
